One of the newest things about this year's Surface Pro 9 is its 5G support. To get that support, though, you'll need to insert the SIM card from your carrier into your device. Or, if you're using an eSIM, configure the plan via the Windows 11 settings app. You can have a representative at your carrier install it for you, or you can do it yourself.
